I'm going to put in a request for another drop soon. I want a three-pen (or maybe a four-pen) case, but they're already sold out.

Any difference between massdrop version and their own own website. This is lambskin. Their own website one is FxCell. What is difference?

zhanggooFrom my quick googling, Lambskin is a softer leather than cowhide (FxCell), but cowhide is more durable.
Also the massdrop one is a color / material Franklin Christoph doesn’t normally carry.

Just want to remind people that if you have smaller, especially clipless pens, such as Kaweco Sport, it is not easy to take the pen out once it drops to the bottom of the case, because the case is fairly rigid. It works well for larger pens.

Are the two-pen pouch large enough to fit two MB149s?

SunshineCrazy Found the answer to my question from the Pen Habit, for those interested:
"One of the things I was most impressed with, however, was that this pen case could actually manage to support very large pens. I suspect it was designed specifically to support the Franklin-Christoph Model 19 “1901”, which is a very large pen. The top of that pen lines up perfectly with the top of the box. However, due to the construction of the flap, the case is capable of holding pens even longer. I’ve also yet to run into a problem with a pen whose diameter was too large for it to fit nicely in the pen box. "
