Handcrafted on a quiet street in south Brooklyn, the Prestige Series SR125e Headphones build on their predecessor, the SR125i, with an improved driver design, better acoustic damping, and a new cable. Proprietary SpaceBlack Polycarbonate enclosures minimize vibration for clarity, authenticity, and what Stereophile calls “the greatest sound quality per dollar in the Grado range.”

Using a vented open-air design with large, non-resonant chambers, the SR125e delivers a spacious sound and extended bass response. The diaphragms were put through a special destressing process to enhance detail for an even larger soundstage, while the eight-conductor connecting cable uses ultra-high-purity copper voice coils for increased accuracy and control. Equipped with comfortable S-cushions and a durable vinyl headband you can adjust for a custom fit, this Grado is capable of long listening sessions for many years to come.
