Grado has updated the latest “e” series with a whole new driver design. Retooled to further improve the highs and low while still supporting Grado’s world renowned midrange, the SR80e incorporates a new polymer to damp resonant distortion in the housing as well as a new cable from plug to driver connection. Even with these updates, this classic maintains a pure Grado sound with warm harmonic colors, full vocals, and an ultra-smooth top end.
