ArthurMI received my H10 today and I am having trouble turning the volume knob. It gets difficult to turn around 10 or 11 o'clock. It seems like the volume knob is off center a little bit making it hard to turn the volume up and down. Please contact me so we can get this worked out. Thanks.
I also received a power plug that is not for a U.S. Outlet
EDIT: The volume knob has loosened up and I don't think it will be an issue in the future. I would like to get the proper power cord
