This looks really cool; too bad about the mixups. This drop clearly isn't going anywhere, but at least they sell on amazon for the same price as the first tier http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00FOA0FPQ/ref=dp_olp_new?ie=UTF8&condition=new

i have the other filo product and it sounds great

gcb0Magnepan is planar magnetic, electrostatic is something completely different (still a thin membrane diaphram, but electrostats use an electrical charge to move the diaphram and planar magnetics use magnets). Also, Magnepan doesn't have a patent on the concept of a planar magnetic driver.

as i own electrostatic speakers in my home theather i would have liked to have heard these
as they cost 250.00usd to buy them

too bad the In12uit Filo electrostatic speakers didn't make a drop successful. is there any way to still get a set of these through mass drop or any other vendor?
