Finally tried my pair for a little while last night. I was grinning ear to ear as soon as the music started to play. That hasn't happened since I listened to my Grado SR325is for the first time.
I agree with @Vigrith in that "they're warmer tilted akin the HD650s but a lot meatier and harder hitting. If you like powerful, visceral sounding headphones (not overly in your face though), these are it."
I found these to be rather comfortable and the weight is manageable so long as you are not headbanging.

(and are they as heavy as final's sonorous vi? if so, i'm good because the vis don't bother me.)
