If you own KZs, Tins, BLONS or TFZs under the $50 mark, this is a fantastic upgrade to consider.
If there's one word to sum up the IDUN's signature: CLEAN.
Neutral presentation, with a slight emphasis towards being bright-skewed without being sibilant. Bass is less pronounced but performs cleanly and remains pleasant as always. Staging isn't the widest. However, imaging's pretty decent with horizontal cues emphasized over depth ("left to right" > "front to back").
Great fit (at least for me) with considerable passive noise isolation. As pretty much mentioned by all other reviewers, product itself is beautifully crafted with no noticeable defects.
Would recommend for the price paid.
Got the abalone one and gifted it to my wife and she really LOVES it! 10 out of 5 for her. Not really sure with the SQ since I haven't had time to audition it.
Cannot recommend enough. Fantastic sound and extra stylish.
Everything about these are top tier, considering the price. Excellent packaging, with a nice carrying case, nice supple cable, and well balanced sound. The cherry on top is the color. I got the abalone, and it definitely turns heads.
I've been waiting for these to arrive. Have been checking the usps.com website. Apparently, they arrived in CA on 5/2 but I haven't received them yet. And, it disappeared from the tracking site. Wonder if drop.com could/would find out where they are? I tried calling usps and can't speak to a "person" nor is there an option to choose to find out what's up.
Clear, crisp soundstage. Excellent for metal and rock. Still burning in but vastly superior to many other earbuds or iems. And really super sharp with the turquoise/abalone faceplate. Worth every penny.
