An updated version of the popular A3, LZ’s new flagship IEM, the A4, has been getting a lot of attention on Head-Fi for its excellent sound and build quality. The titanium-silver composite-diaphragm dynamic driver and dual Knowles balanced-armature drivers work together to produce a smooth, detailed sound, while the MMCX detachable cables offer flexibility for users who might want to switch them out down the road Read More

I've had these for good while; I like their sound, but these are easily the heaviest IEMs I own or have ever used. Their significant weight, plus their not-so-ergonomic shape, make these uncomfortable when worn for any extended period of time. Plus, being quite heavy, they tend to fall out of your ears when worn while walking or moving about. Therefore, I can only recommend these for limited, seated use. But I do appreciate their build-quality and sound-quality, both of which are very good.
Similar to one other person my left driver started failing and finally completely gave up, I think it might be a connection issue and have tried different cables but it didn't help.
The sound is great however they are kind of big and a bit uncomfortable. They hurt my ears after a bit and that’s the reason why I didn’t give the 5th star.
Was relatively pleased with these IEMs, but the low frequency driver failed on the left side within months (crackles with low frequencies). I tried to communicate with LZ directly to buy a single monitor with no accessories, but got no response. Disappointing. I'll limit my in ear purchases to companies with solid warranties from now on.
I was just emailed to write a review that I thought I already wrote... but...
Sounds incredible for a variety of music imo, sometimes the rubber earpiece is not staying on but overall very satisfied with the sound and physical quality. It is worth mentioning this still is my first expensive pair of IEMs.
One time the cable snagged on a drawer and ripped in two, ordered a new cable for like $10-15!
One time it actually fell out and into the sink which had a little water draining out while I was washing my hands and not a damn thing changed.
Bang for the buck this one is hard to beat. There are better sounding out there, but you will need to spend 2-3 times the money to get something that even starts to edge this one out.
