Can anyone confirm whether these are basically the same as the Monoprice MP80 (despite them having different listed impedance and sensitivity specs)? The MP80s are great for the price (can often be had for $60-$70 on sale, or $50 for open box, at Monoprice). At those prices, probably the best bang-for-buck IEM I've ever bought.

I have them. VERY V-shaped. I like the aluminium housing. But the sound is just what you expect for that money. Not bad, but not outstanding either.

It's not about the quantity of bass but the quality and extension. When I had the FH1 and F9 (ended up returning both), I had the identical thoughts as Orville above.

jaydunndidditThe quality of the bass is fine for me but given the subjective nature of sound and different ear sizes they may not be a good fit for you. I love mine and hope these sound like the FH1.
