I love it! The purple is different (not black) but not too out there to use at work. I've had a TWSBI 580AL and the OPUS 88 Demonstrator in it, but that would be the largest sized pens you could probably fit. I use it for the smaller TWSBIs, Metros and Lamys and it does fine. I love the center middle divider and all round zipper to protect the pens. The center pocket may be too small for the advertized, but it would hold a pad of stickee notes, a small rhodia notebook, an A7 sized notebook or some extra cartridges just fine. It's just what I was looking for, and I will be buying more!

I absolutely love this case. My favorite part of it is the protective flap in the center. I use mine for note cards, but is designed for a fields note type book. I also like that the case fits many different sized pens, yet when it is closed it is not too bulky. I don't think I would change a thing.

As others have said, the notebook insert is pretty darn tight (I use Baron Fig notebooks). The feel of the product is very nice and is worth the price. In future drops I would want a little more tolerance on the insert and the ability to choose the color of the inside fabric, like how I was able to on the MP Pen Case drop.

Overall impression? Reliable, functional, and well built
This M.P. mini folio has been used to tote a notebook, pens, pencils, and a few audio and video interconnects. It has served these purposes valiantly. Built from durable materials and a zipper that has not failed, this is an easy recommendation.

It’s a nice-looking case, but doesn’t hold Field Notes notebooks as advertised, which is really disappointing — that’s why I bought it in the first place. Customer service said that the notebook pockets would stretch, but they don’t — they just mash up my notebooks. I don’t recommend this case.

Bought into the October 2018 drop. Great folio for storing pens and index cards in the two "notebook pockets." Excellent Cordura fabric and finishing, with a robust zipper. Very attractive, simple styling. However, there isn't really enough space in the notebook pockets to store Field Notes notebooks, without a little pushing, bending and shoving. I will use it to carry pens and index cards.

Well made, good quality. But it doesn't fit the Field Notes notebooks shown in the photos unless you bend them. And they stay bent once in. I don't like bent notebooks.

Quite disappointed with this item. Pen slots are very small and do not accommodate large pens. Quality is not very high. Probably least impressive item I have bought on massdrop

Manhattan Portage makes generally rock solid and bombproof products. This one is the same. The reason that it does not get more stars from me is that the notebook insert is way too tight to fit a Field Notes sized pocket notebook without some cramming. I was hoping it would loosen up a bit with some working of the fabric, but it does not seem to be so. The back side is even tighter than the front. I expect that has something to do with how it is designed, or how it is actually sewn. They'd have been better off loosening the tolerances by a few millimeters. Trying to fit one notebook on each side of the divider is a definite no-go. Again, give me a quarter inch more material and i'd be fine.
So, I'll be leaving the Field Notes to float loose in the case and using those pocket for index cards.

Center is not wide enough for a Field Notes or any similar notebook.
