Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta Machine

There are times when life gets too hard. PTL for Kroger's. I'll go get some of theirs when I need it. I doubt that I could tell the difference in a blind taste test.

These machines are one of the reasons Italian grandmas have legendary bludgeoning skill with wooden kitchen implements. Manual pasta presses build your forearms UP, no lie. Tires you out. You will switch arms. Is this good? I think so. In the post rational lives we lead, you take your exercise wherever you can find it. And homemade pasta is awesome. It takes a while to get good at mixing the dough properly but these machines make fast work out of rolling the dough out evenly. Now get out of the kitchen before Nana gets you with that spoon. Trust me. It stings.
