Looking for a pair of high-performance headphones or IEMs? We’re partnering with Thinksound—a small company that’s built its name on clear, detailed audio and a commitment to sustainability—to offer an exclusive selection of goodies. These well-reviewed products pack a heck of a punch for the price. And because it’s not a Blue Box without some extra excitement, we’ve included special prizes for a few lucky members.
Note: This drop has a maximum quantity of 475 units with a limit of two per member. For every purchase in this drop, you’ll receive a randomized product with the odds listed below.
Every individual purchase in the drop will receive one Thinksound unit from the list below. The prize drawings will be selected immediately so that everyone has a fair shot. Participants in the drop will have their order number swirled around in a random number generator that allocates products accordingly. Below are the odds for each model. Percentages are rounded.
Available in limited quantities, the rain3 and ms02 are Thinksound’s latest offerings, voiced by acclaimed audio engineer (and the company’s CEO) Aaron Fournier. Both feature lightweight wooden housings, a tangle-resistant 4-foot-long cable, and passive noise isolation to minimize ambient sounds. The housings of the two models are shaped slightly differently, and though both use 8-millimeter dynamic drivers, the ms02’s sound is a bit more refined.
Community participation is the name of the game, and we’ll be adding some neat offerings as the grab bag gains traction. Every purchase counts as an individual entry for these prizes. There are a total of four possible prizes, and each is unlocked when the respective number of units are purchased. The odds of winning each prize is 1 divided by the number of participants.
Note: If you win an upgrade or prize and are an international member, you may owe additional taxes based on the MSRP of the product.
Estimated ship date is Dec 13, 2018 PT.
