ZaenilleNo, for two reasons:-
1. You need an AC to 14V-20V AC transformer. This is an AC to DC Transformer.
2. The Jack tips supplied with it won't fit the power jack as they seem to be the wrong size. If they are the same size as a JDS Labs O2 power jack, you will need a 2.1 x 5.5mm tip. Maybe someone with a Massdrop O2 Amp can confirm that this plug size is the same or possibly you could measure your own AMP to be sure.
