How should one take care of these shoes? Any recommendations?

whitesleeveI used a suede protector (Kiwi) before first wear and reapply every 1-2 months. I use a '4-way' brush (Shacke) when I notice spots and also before applying the protector (so, about once or twice a month). I bought them both on Amazon. Massdrop also occasionally has drops for Saphir's suede-specific products.
One rule of thumb is to not wear these chukka when it's raining hard, it'll mess up the leather soles more than anything else. Other than that, wear 'em and enjoy 'em -- just try not to kick too many things!
