This helps bring out more details and dynamics to Drop x MEE Planamic In-Ear.
It also looks stock and feel stock which I really like.
(I really don't like those looks of copper wired that shows you have a custom set of cables or sth like that.)
So, this cable set is around $110 in Japan. After JPY conversion rate, shipping, no customs fees, this set is about $75.
The cable isn’t bad and I will actually use it. The adapters, though, allow me to move seamlessly from source to source amongst my gear and when auditioning gear when I’m out-and-about.
Shipping to me was about 5 days total, might have been a day earlier if not for Coming of Age Day (the national holiday to celebrate adulthood).
Relatively fast shipping, adapters galore, decent cable, and for me, affordable. You might find cheaper elsewhere, but you might also be waiting longer, have a limited warranty, etc.
Again, it ticked all the boxes for me.
By now I have a few headphones, and this set was for my iSine10's. I was expecting better sound from these. To me it did not improve the sound over stock even from a balanced output. I also find the quality of the cable to be poor as it become very tangled. However, It came in short time and worked as advertised each adapter plugged in snuggly and sound was made. Just, not awesome sound.
Fits the Noble X's from Drop fine (given considering that was in the spec).
First aftermarket cable, so i don't have a lot to compare against. It sits over my ears alright, cable is a little long for walking around, but I've bunched and twist-tied it so not a huge issue. With this cable the Noble X doesn't easily fit into it's case anymore, and it's a somewhat hard material even though it bends very easily.
Comes with a lot of adapters that I've already put to good use.
I'm going to refrain from a recommendation only because it's $70 and i have nothing to compare it against. If the other stuff fits your needs I'd say go for it, most other cables I've seen are more expensive.
