Excellent value for money.
I have zero regrets purchasing the HD58x. It’s shocking to an old audiophile like myself that this level of performance can now be had for only $160. What a time to be alive! There are reviewers online that claim that the HD58x is identical in sound signature to the HD600. This is NOT the case. I own two pairs of HD600s, and can confirm that the HD58x is different. Which is better would come down to personal taste and partnering equipment. It remains a miracle however that a $160 headphone is directly comparable to a $300 classic.

shunpillayThey are more often than not compared to the HD660, rather than the 600. But yes, for their price, they are absolute winners.
