Good god, Massdrop. Get your shit together. PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION. Literally, all you need to do is tell us what the fuck is going on and people will calm down. But when you leave us wondering, failing to respond for DAYS at a time, we are left to assume the worst.
As others have said, I've participated in multiple drops, and I've never seen one take this long to start shipping. I've also got several other drops I'm currently joined to - I will absolutely be dropping out of those if we don't hear something soon.
Yeah, I don't mind waiting, I just don't like the radio silence.
Though they finally responded to my support ticket:
"We do not have any other update on the expected shipping date for this item at this time. I will reach out to our logistics team to see if I can gain any more information and if I do, I will be sure to reach out to you with it. Otherwise, an email will be sent to all members who have joined the drop when a new date is known."
But this gets back to my original post, Massdrop should be proactivein following up on orders, delays should be immediately communicated to any members who joined, even if that response is, "We don't know what is causing the issue, but we are working on it." Honestly, anything is better than silence here.
nathan.coulombe100% agree on this. They have actually done it with another drop I joined for a mechanical keyboard. Even when the delay was only for 2 days, they were snappy enough to send an email about the delay instead of waiting to be deluged with 100s of customer support emails.
Sam_changJust get a refund/replacement, as not all tech will come out perfect and a few bad ones will slip through the crack.
Also this isn't Drops fault as they buy these products in bulk so there will be a few that's DOA or damaged

Same for me, from NJ, got the AKG's in blue. Although I ordered two blue boxes and only got one pair of headphones, so I'm waiting on the second one with no tracking number, messaged support though.
I got the MEE M6 and what a joke. They are $11.00 on Amazon. Once again ripped off by Massdrop. They are not worth the said $49.99 like they say. 11 bucks LOL. I will never do this this again. Lesson Learned!!!!
Bob3600To be fair, I don't think they were that cheap when the drop first started. It's still misleading though considering the fact that MEE lists them on their website for $20. Massdrop really should've fixed that.
