It's a Loot Box
Let's be honest with ourselves, this is basically just a loot box. When I purchased the price was palatable, and I was in need of a pair of Bluetooth earphones. The ones I received had an IP rating and sounded fine enough, within a few years became my go-to pair of active earphones. This isn't because they're particularly great, but, rather, because they can hold up to my excessive sweating, and I won't be too upset if/when they die.
I will note that these accidentally went through the washing machine AND the dryer after I forgot to take them out of my pocket after mowing my grandparents' lawn, and they still work. I was more than a little impressed by that!

Most of these earphones are meh at best unless you get lucky with the premium pairs. Would not gamble on a blue box again.

It is as expected
It is a mystery box, but all devices are worth the price. So if you like all devices available, I would go for it. If you only like 1 or 2 of the available options, I would recommend just buying what you need (as the mystery boxes I have got have been hit or miss, which is as expected with a mystery box).

gets the job done
I wouldn't say it's top notch like what the description says. Maybe if you were lucky enough to get the special prize. I've had the regular buds laying around for a few years now and they still work. It's cheap and was a gamble to get the special prize. They're meant to be used for any reckless activities.

got the cheap looking and sounding BT behind the neck IEM's. they hurt my ears and sounded just meh. not impressed. was it worth what i paid? nope.

Good for exercise
I'm not the biggest fan of Bluetooth headphones like these, but for a limited use case like exercising, they work fine. Had a hard time getting a good seal, but once I acquired some foam tips, they work OK
