【design】 It has a glossy body, but no fingerprints stand out. It's not big enough to worry about.
【Treble sound quality】 As you can tell by listening to cymbals and comparing them, the resolution is quite high for a 1DD and you don't feel any distortion. It's a rather vivid sound, but it doesn't feel harsh and smooth.
【Medium sound quality】 The vocals are neither close nor far away and have a natural feel. Thanks to the high notes above, the female vocals have good growth. Separation is good, and it is relatively easy to distinguish between the harmonies.
【Bass sound quality】 In terms of volume, it's not too much, not too little, and it seems to be able to reproduce quite low.
【Feeling of fit】 The biggest selling point of this machine is that it can be used for both ear hooks (so-called Shure hooks) and non-ear hooks. It fits perfectly in either case, so you can change it according to your preference, purpose, and cable. The included earbuds come in a wide variety of sizes, including single flange 3 sizes, double flange 2 sizes, triple flange 1 size, and Comply 1 pair.
【External sound isolation】 There are vents on the outside, so the sound insulation is average to moderately good.
【Portability】 It has the same size as the SE215, and is more compact than common IEM-style earphones.
【Overview】 It's a so-called monitor type sound that doesn't add extra sound. Is it a feeling of "faithful to the original sound"? The sound is clear and the lingering sound spreads outside, so the space feels a little wider. If you are looking for easy-to-understand flavors such as "low-pitched sound", "vocal right next to your ears", and "high-pitched sparkling sound", I think it would be better to use other earphones. Nonetheless, the lingering sound contained in the sound source is reproduced perfectly, and the unpleasant peaks of the high frequencies are rounded to some extent, so I think that the sound is more suitable for listening compared to the IE40pro. The drawback is that the cable that comes with it as standard is not very well routed. The sticky texture makes it easy to get tangled, and the touch noise is also large. Personally, I recommend re-cable. The sound itself is not bad, so if you don't mind handling it, I think you can use it as it is.
Bought a bunch when they were on sale as gifts and everyone loves them. They sound great especially at the sale price point. Awesome entry level MMCX headphone.
As others have mentioned, the build quality is adequate for a completely plastic housing. These do not have the detail or separation of the big sibling PX, but for the price they are excellent IEMs.
Great ears! Build quality not 100%. Just seem cheap and plastic. Vent cover was easily taken off with cleaning. If you can’t clean the wax out what’s the purpose…
These were underwhelming to say the least. The plastic feels cheap, the sound is muddy, and they seem like you have to be very careful or they'll fall apart.
