It looks like a Chapstick themed sex toy with 'LAID' written on the side. Carry on

I like how it kinda looks like it says "LAID" on the side, which is probably not what you would get if you left this on your bedside table.

Got one of these when they were first released. Aside from the lack of a clip and the UI to change brightness being a bit tricky, no complaints. The actual lantern mechanism works great and is super useful, one of those things you don't realize how often you could use it until you have it. For $20 you really can't go wrong, it's not going to be your main flashlight and the brightness isn't great in a world where the Nitecore TINI and TIP exist, but it is a very unique mechanism so at worst it's fun to play with and show your friends. Would buy this again if I didn't already have too many lights.

I have one of these, they're nice. I like to set it on its tail and lay something like an index card on top, makes for a nice little impromptu table lamp. They have a more powerful 1000lm model now as well.

No option for the Nichia CRI 90 version?

riffrafffThe reason they aren't offering the high CRI version is probably because it has been discontinued by Nitecore.

Is the AA eneloop battery in the pictures included? Or will I receive a different battery?

IAzizI’m pretty sure the battery is not included

Mike_SFThank you for your reply. They seem to advertise the "1 AA battery" a bit too much for what they are actually giving in the package.

dolkborAAA might not last that long at those many lumens. I was wondering if they had one with CR123 battery version which has the same power, but last's longer.

Hey Drop, I would be more interested in purchasing Nitecore’s LA10 CRI portable lantern instead.  It appears to be a similar with only 85 lumens but with a higher CRI output. Can you offer that model instead?
