It's a top, and it spins, so it met my expectations. Where it exceeds them is in the machining, finish, design and surprising amount of enjoyment I get from successfully spinning a top this tall and narrow. I also rather enjoy the laydown and spin at the finish (a flipping top that jumped to it's stem my son got for Christmas from his aunt is what got me started on this top kick in the first place).
This top is one of the increasingly rare purchases that produces a sense of satisfaction in owning something well made and of high quality, rather then one of being let down. Well done NW Tops!

It’s a beautifully crafted top,. Solid, and heavy for its size. The knerled texture at the top end is perfect for quick twist starts.

A well built top, with good spin time for one so tall and narrow, but my favorite part is when it falls on its side and spins sideways at the end of its spin.
