Ordered it on a whim (mostly for hobby stuff) and I'm pretty happy with it. Feels good to hold and doesn't feel like the knife will snap when I'm using it or open if carrying it in a pocket.
Blade is a bit tricky to remove from the mechanism at first, use a pair of needle nose pliers so you don't slice open a finger trying to remove it as the blade is extremely sharp. Bend the blades' tail slightly up over the "hump" it is attached to with pliers and then pull parallel to the knife to remove. I snapped the first blade right off into 3 pieces before figuring it out.
Luckily you can buy a box of 100 ct. #11 scalpel blades from Amazon for ~$26.
If you want a small scalpel for a first aid kit that you will not be using much, great.
If you want a small scalpel for everyday use it has no hole for a chain or string to attach to it, and it may just cut your finger when your trying to close it quickly.
Initially was skeptical about it, but find it very useful
It is not a "Knife" for sure, but still very useful for small tasks especially with small narrow tip. Wish it would have some kind of lanyard attachment.
