Got the black frame (since I have a lot of tortoise frames) and couldn't be happier. The quality is there and the polarized lenses are the cherry on top. Keep in mind these are pilot/aviator sunglasses so if you have a small/skinny face they may not be a good match for you.
AderethMaybe you can adjust your 🕶 I have the 7️⃣1️⃣4️⃣ and I also had the slide down issues, Geppetto style.

So after reading that @RohitS got fixed the issue, I put some 💧 in the microwave for 1️⃣ minute and after that I placed there the part of the temples where they begin to bend around the 👂🏼 for 2️⃣5️⃣ish seconds... then I pulled the temples out of the 💧 and I gave the temples an additional bending. That bending totally fixed the problem for me ✅ now I'm no longer disappointed and I'm instead loving my Persols.
I also 💭 like you that the temples weren't wide enough for my head but that's not the case. The problem is that if the temples don't surround and lock behind your 👂🏼 then they'll keep sliding downwards precisely following that slight and lackluster bend which as you can 👁 makes the 🕶 end 🆙️ down your 👃🏼

Something a bit different than your typical Ray Ban Aviator. Fits my big face really well, the larger frame make them less prone to fogging with a mask on. They included a nice leather (maybe plether) case, definitely a plus. Let's see how they hold up to time, I have a pair of vintage Persol's and think these will stand the test of time. TLDR Swanky frame shape, quality construction, nice case.
Pros: Build quality on par with most Persol glasses I’ve tried/held.
Cons: Must have a very specific face shape and size. Wider heads will max the arms out and prevent the glasses from being positioned correctly on your face. Unless you are Toucan Sam these will slide down your nose and if you have a low/no bridge you will be looking over the top of these glasses like a librarian.

Took a long time before it got to me because of the lock downs, but am I glad I bought these. The only issue like most of the glasses I buy from here is that they arrive warped or bent. I'll probably swing by an optical shop to have this rectified when convenient and possible. Other than that, I'm keen to make another purchase when the drop becomes available again.
Its been three weeks since I received the shipping email
Still waiting for the sunglasses and customer service at drop Stinks! Been brushed off twice already. Their shipping email says its trackable but customer service says its not
In reality it is not and this is the last time I use drop. Extremely disappointed
