Nice budget knife, but should have a deep carry clip,

This knife sure resembles a Kershaw Skyline. I've been looking for a knife to try out for scales dye -- this knife is cheap enough to hit up the pink with a red dye job.

Yep, trick of the eyes making it look like there's no lockup. For $17 and free shipping, I don't mind the wait. Been wanting to try something in 440C.

LeoangerDefinitely a little optical illusion on the lockup.

Quite comical the third picture showing the non-existent lockup... I doubt it'll actually be a problem with the ones they produce. I was very happy with my QSP Penguin D2, but I'll pass on this. Decent design but honestly I loath the all the 440 and 420 steels. I rather have an 8Cr13MoV as a budget steel.
GnaeusRomanusHope this helps.
