SexPandaByOdeonThere's a lot more to buying things from here than just reward points! For instance, with no warranty on most things you get to experience the thrill of risk taking. You could go to Best Buy and pick these up knowing that if there's a problem you can easily go back to the store and your money will be refunded. There's no risk; where there's no risk there's no adrenaline rush when you hit "Buy Now" knowing that you're completely rolling the dice on your purchase. You'll always enjoy the thrill of taking the risk wondering "will the product work on arrival or won't it?" each and every time you buy something on Drop. Then there's the long wait. Buy these bad boys on Amazon and like clockwork they'll be sitting on your front porch in two days. Buy them here and God knows when they'll arrive (or even if they'll arrive). You get the thrill of tracking your package and wondering wtf is going on when you see it sitting at International Bridge for two weeks straight with no activity showing the entire time it's there. Amazon comes nowhere close to providing the robust sense of anticipation of wondering when your item will be delivered. Buy it on Drop and you're promised that experience. Finally, the mystery of customer service can't be beat here. Call Amazon or stop by a Best Buy brick and mortar and you know that you'll be receiving customer service where at least a concerted effort is going to be made to satisfy you. There's simply no mystery of what to expect. Try getting customer service on Drop and you'll always be guaranteed to get to experience the mystery of whether you'll even get a response in addition to the mystery of whether you'll receive any semblance of a resolution to your problem. So, as you can see, there's so much more to the whole Drop experience than the rewards points. The points are just a bonus on top of all the other benefits that you can't receive anywhere else.

SexPandaByOdeonActually, they are even cheaper with free shipping on Amazon at $179.95 — https://smile.amazon.com/Sennheiser-Momentum-True-Wireless-Cancellation/dp/B08HRZTZVS/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=SENNHEISER+MOMENTUM+TRUE+WIRELESS+2&qid=1629158097&sr=8-4 Drop.com is no longer a viable site for purchasing great products at excellent prices. They have lost their way as demonstrated by their removal of the various shopping categories that they once had as well as removing the ability to sort products by price. It would not surprise me if the company becomes insolvent soon. Cannot believe the amount of inferior Chinese manufactured junk they are now desperately hawking on the site due to its high profit margins. Very disappointing to see a once outstanding company fall apart given its tone deaf C-Suite. They seem to be way in over their heads. Also, the terrible and worthless Points Program is a smoke screen to mask these awful prices. Everybstruggling company creates such programs when they have difficulty retaining a once loyal customer base.

I don’t understand, I remember when it was Massdrop, which was awesome because it brought the product together with a community who wanted it and together we all got to win, buying a big guaranteed volume of product for a lower price. I have not seen that on most any item here in a year. What’s going on? This is literally just the normal price, but I went through Amazon I’d at least get fat cash back.

Thought the point of this site was to get stuff for under normal retail price even if you have to wait 4+ weeks... Why not just buy the same thing from Amazon for the same price or cheaper and get it the next day?

SurtrsFireDon't give 'em too much credit: "4+ weeks" is one thing - this drop isn't shipping for 71 days!!! :) I almost want to order just to see if I forget that it is even coming.

nTrophyAlas, there was a time when (Mass)Drop had the best prices... 21 sold thus far is a part of the problem. Sub $200 & we'll talk.

isn’t the whole point of massdrop to get the items for a lower price? I’ll minus just go on local apps, amazon or eBay to get a better deal. Won’t be using this anymore that’s for sure.

Sorry, now that I look at the title, I had the MTW1, not 2. feedback on the MTW1. Got stolen. But while I had them, I thought they were over-rated, and Sennheiser milked people using their name. 1-Too large that they stick out of your ear 2- Sound was alright, nothing I would pay this much for 3- Had bluetooth stability issues, and Senn's support was utter s**t (slow updates) 4- For this price, I'd expect to at least get ANC (MTW2 has that) 5- Mic quality was bs Now I am using Galaxy buds, and if time goes back, I'd get the galaxy buds or the Sony WF1000XM3 over these for half the price.

Ahmad.366I still have the gen1 version. Sound quality (with Comply tips) was their redeeming quality for me, but I did have to eq out the default boomy base. Gen2 supposedly addresses most of the weaknesses of gen1 (battery drain and a virtually useless mic were the big ones for me). I'll probably buy the gen2 version once I'm traveling again on a regular basis, but yeah, gen2 are readily available now for $250 NIB everywhere. There is no sense in buying these from Drop with what amounts to a 100% up-front lay-away plan.

For products that have strict pricing policy from the manufacturer (Sennheiser, Spyderco), sadly yes (unless it is an exclusive).
