It's just 35 bucks
It was 35 bucks. I read what it is, looked at reviews, and cashed in enough beer cans to buy it. I spend more on a bottle of bourbon. Still don't know what I'll do with it but that's not the point. Sounds great, works fine for $35.

Great little amp for the price!
Picked this guy up on the Black Friday sale, maybe, IDK to be honest. It was $35 and I bit.
It plays loud and clear. Definitely punches above $35 I paid for it. Only gripe and this is really my fault. I thought it was a USB DAC as well and was going to connect it to a PC. The USB is only for playing audio files, not to be plugged into a PC as a DAC.
Guess I have two gripes, but again for $35 I can't complain much. The way you access files stored on the USB storage is just dumb. It has a screen, it could display a folder structure, why just lump all the files together in a flat format. On the bright side in that janky file structure it played 16/44 up to 24/192 without issue.
