Created by Danish designers Jens Anso and Jesper Voxnaeus, owner of Vox Knives and winner of the prestigious International Forum 2013 Good Design award, the Pingo Titanium is a limited edition release from Spyderco that’s now available through Massdrop.
Note: This drop is limited to 40 units. Due to the sensitive nature of shipping knives internationally, we are able to ship only some of the knives on Massdrop to select countries. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and comply with all importation regulations and local laws. Click here for additional information.
Featuring a satin finish on the titanium handle scales, color anodized with the rare Spyderco “Bug” logo, the Pingo is a limited run collection piece. The blade is a plain edge and precision-ground from Elmax powder-metallurgy stainless steel with a full-flat grind. The Spyderco Round Hole is also present for easier two-handed opening, and a spring in the handle gives the blade a notched-joint mechanism for easier opening. Included is a reversible wire clip to enable ambidextrous carry.
Spyderco is one of the leading creators of innovative, unique, and radical knife designs. With a dependable line of ergonomic, high-performance knives that have been relentlessly tested for quality, from edge retention via a CATRA machine, to a Q-Fog machine testing for rust, to tests that check for wear and heat-treatment, Spyderco consistently provides quality products for those who want some style in their practical EDC.
