For the $80 they’re asking here, these are a treat. I had these a while back, spent a lot of money since then, but these are still the king of bass in my experience. Plus super comfy.
Really enjoy these. I got these and swapped with dekoni tips and so happy. I hadn't listened to these for a few months because I was using bluetooth earbuds. But I put these on last week and had so much fun listening. Great audio and bass. I was listening to EDM.
TFZ really understands sound, quality, and ergonomics. Unfortunately, the second pair of TFZ IEMs I ordered had one IEM dead on arrival, only one side produced sound. Drop took care of it really fast, and I returned them. The only thing they couldn't do for me was get me a replacement. Great product when you get a working one, and great service from Drop.
I just received these but they are very sibilant. Did anyone notice this or is it just my pair ?
According to online reviews they shouldn't be sibilant but hoping someone can confirm this in case I need to RMA.
JingaMoiIt depends on what tips you use and they also require burn-in. I have two pair and out of the box they sound that way but after using them for a while and switching to the JVC Spiral Dot ear tips, it has gone away and what’s left is incredible.
Super disappointed in these. I like the sound of them but as typical for TFZ, 2 months in and the one ear crapped out on me. This is the 4th pair of TFZ that I've lost an ear in less than 6 months. Wishing them into quality has not worked for me yet.
forgottengWhat in the world are you doing to your IEMs? I own over two dozen IEMs and am part of a large local headphone/earphone community and I've only heard of a couple unit failures amongst the community.
markjohnsoniiI honestly don't know I don't use them that hard. Normally I'm using these in bed on my laptop but I never fall asleep with them in and I don't lay on my side. I use headphones for years. I have ATH-M50's DT770's and Status CB-1's and I never have problems but these bloody TFZ's.
