I just received these but they are very sibilant. Did anyone notice this or is it just my pair ? According to online reviews they shouldn't be sibilant but hoping someone can confirm this in case I need to RMA.

Check how you've connected them. If pins are reversed they sound harsh.

What is the warranty period on these? That's the problem I have with most DROPs... that isn't posted anywhere most of the time.

Super disappointed in these. I like the sound of them but as typical for TFZ, 2 months in and the one ear crapped out on me. This is the 4th pair of TFZ that I've lost an ear in less than 6 months. Wishing them into quality has not worked for me yet.

What in the world are you doing to your IEMs? I own over two dozen IEMs and am part of a large local headphone/earphone community and I've only heard of a couple unit failures amongst the community.

I honestly don't know I don't use them that hard. Normally I'm using these in bed on my laptop but I never fall asleep with them in and I don't lay on my side. I use headphones for years. I have ATH-M50's DT770's and Status CB-1's and I never have problems but these bloody TFZ's.

Has anyone compared the TFZ No. 3 to the Campfire Atlas?

Yes. Campfire IEMs are a bit more 'tuned' in that they have a much more mainstream sound, closer to the harman curve, and very accurate. The TFZ No.3 are a really impressive sound, with deeper sub-bass and pleasing mids/highs. I recommend tips and cable change. Burn them in also and the shrill in the highs calm down. Very impressive IEM.

This or Shozy Form 1.1 ?

This. The Shozy Form 1.1 has a smaller DD. The Shozy is very nice but IEMs with only one BA tend to thin out the upper end vocals, that's why you see more expensive IEMs going to at least 2 BA's like the Ikko OH10 and the Shozy 1.4. I prefer the TFZ No.3

After owning the no.3 for a while... these are some of my favorite... I'd be tempted to buy the TI version if it were 150ish total... Hard to justify it when the KXXS is cheaper... lower the price of the TI and I'm in!

I asked BGGAR about the TI versions and he said they had the same sound signature so you won't get a sonic benefit from the TI versions.
