After receiving both the Thinksound ON2 and ms02, Massdrop has declined in quality when it comes to shipping, it's almost like they don't care. The ON2 pair was shipped in a box that could fit two more of the product boxes, with no shipping materials of any kind. The ms02 IEMs were shipped in a small cardboard envelope of sorts, and of course were half crushed, leaving one of the buds scratched. I definitely hope to see Massdrop invest in some bubble wrap for future use.
