I have these and can attest to their awesomeness, especially at $45. Quite nice detail retrieval on them along with a sound signature that's bright but never sibilant. Rec'd!

Beautiful: Sound. Looks.
Esp. with the AZLA SednaEarfit XELASTEC tips (popular in Korea) that I was turned on to by some "Tip Rolling" articles. I've been an avid Tip Roller since it wasn't even a thing yet. (NOT a shill)
Beautiful cable. Until it starts tarnishing blue the very same day you start to use it (gently). The replacement set from Amazon did the same. I guess the cable manufacturing didn't properly seal air-tight on my 2 unit's run??
When they were fresh out of the box they were REAL PURDY.
They still sound great, though, and thats' what counts.
Is it typical for Silver or SPC (Silver Plated Copper) cables to tarnish/oxidize to a blue color so soon/at all?
Despite the oxidization of the (mind you, detachable, replacable) cable, It's a home run for me.

VNTG-4Uhow have your AZLA SednaEarfit XELASTEC held up? I see mixed reviews regarding them, and have you noticed any significant sound diffs? I found that using the Dekoni Bulletz or other soft foam tips increased the bass response on the T2s.

which claim:
Mostly MY words:
...to be made from "Patented viscoelastic memory foam" which is "30x softer" (compared to?: Regular foam? Regular Memory foam? Comply foam? Silicone?) that is "body-heat activated foam for your ear canal" (that feel NOTHING like Comply, which is a compliment), and like similar tips (ex, the Dekoni Blue) that claim to be body-heat activated, and "expand to fit ear canals" (some I've tried haven't) these DO, they are also THE MOST comfortable tips I've tried out of all of them. (I started with IEMs when Etymotic ER-4S was the only option).

Anyone use these with bluetooth cables? I'll have to shell out another 50 or 60 bucks to make them bluetooth compatible. And wondered if it'd still sound okay. Thnx!

ConBrioI use mine with a kz Bluetooth cable which can be found cheap from my friend Ali if you're not in a hurry;). I use them mainly for drumming with Bluetooth iems or going out when I want an alternative from my tws buds. They provide good isolation, better than the kz zs10 pros but for some songs, I find the zs10's tuning better while other songs, the t2+'s. It's about 50/50 but YMMV or its completely subjective.

To many, the T2 Plus are indeed better T2s, with a tuning that fixes some of the issues of the first model. Plus, they're much more comfortable to wear!

I bought a set of these to try out and while I admit these do get many things right, I don't think I'd be using these in the long run...

While I personally like the T4 sound slightly more, for the price, build quality, and sound, the T2+ is by far the best T-series Tin HiFi IEM thus far. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you responding, that confirms what I experienced from the review: low mids and treble were overly boosted making the remaining spectrum sounds very recessed, to the point it completely alters the original presentation, it may be fun for a little while playing a specific passage, not so much desirable if that becomes permanent
I wish more reviewer are able to provide audio simulations showing their interpretation of a device as best they can with appropriate sound tracks (tonal balance can easily be heard with reasonable user playback equipment and environment). It will never be the same as a "test drive" (if it could ever happen) but good enough to experience device differences with your very own hearing

I agree with NEXONUS. The T2+ has a slightly less prominent and harsh upper midrange, and the bass quantity is very similar to the T4. Clarity and detail is very similar between the 2. I have both the T2+ and the T4, but IMO, they are redundant. If I had neither, I would just get the T2+. The T2+ fit is a lot better for most people it seems, but somehow, the fit is a bit odd for me. I prefer the fit and feel of the T4 for me, but the build quality, especially the MMCX connectors are MUCH better on the T2+. The main thing I prefer on the T4 over the T2+ is that the mid bass is a little less on the T4, making the midrange sound slightly cleaner and better defined. The T4 is less warm as a result though. I think there is very slightly more sub bass on the T4, but it is miniscule.
I can assure you, the bass on both the T4 and T2+, while not heavily emphasized, is very good, and much more than on the original T2 (I don’t have the T2 Pro or T3).
