Red ear doesnt work, no customer service on the part of tin hifi..
Half the product works, other half doesnt. Swapped the cables, its definitely not a cable issue.

VarholiaglimpI actually reached out to them first, the representative told me there was no warranty and that I could only get a partial refund with the cost to ship it so I just took the loss.
