Built with four balanced armatures (the well-regarded 30017 and 30265 drivers from Knowles), the Toneking T4 IEM is sure to impress. The CIEM-like housing is designed to fit comfortably in most ears and comes in two stylish transparent colors. And thanks to the MMCX connectors, you can replace the cables easily if you so choose. As for the sound, Hifiphil says, “The bass is pretty linear with nice quality and depth; the mids sound euphoric [and] capture the balance that I’ve been looking for between body and transparency. The treble may sound a bit bright but never harsh [and] the decay speed is rather quick as it extends nicely. Staging is very good: it expands naturally when needed … this is definitely a no-brainer!”
