This is a very nice looking and very well made cable. Audio bling! It is soft and pliable and so doesn't tangle nor have microphonics. I had purchased another solid silver cable elsewhere which was very stiff and microphonic, I definitly sent it back. This one rocks!
I purchased the 3.5MM SE version specifically to use with my Audioquest Dragonfly Cobalt and my Shure SE846' from my ipad pro, works very well. I can't really comment about sound too much as I don't notice a significant difference over the other premium cables that I use also, possibly over stock cables though. Regardless for the price, and workmanship it is more than worth price of admission. A+
I generally don’t believe in huge differences in sound due to cables, but they do play some role. I’m impressed thus far, and it makes sense if these are truly all-silver conductors. Everything sounds a little clearer, crisper, faster, and more well defined, including imaging. They seem well made, but not quite as good as the Tripowin C8. There is only a single strain relief at the plug end. For $30, I think it’s very much worth it, and I will probably order additional cables if Drop offers it again.
Edit: As expected from a silver cable, the upper midrange and treble tend to become clearer and more prominent. The bass doesn’t become diminished at all, that I’ve noticed, but the balance is often changed, so it can sometimes seem like the bass is less with certain IEMs. I have now purchased 3 of these cables thus far.
