> 24 hours later and no reply yet from UE. I'm going to be more than upset if I end up having to pick up a phone to get prompt service for something in this price bracket.

AnonymousMassStrange, are you sending them to the right email address ( no offence ) cause their customer support is amazing, and usually get back to me within 12 hours. Its unusual that they would take that long to reply. And i just emailed them last night with a question and they got back to me this morning.

WinstonnI've tried emailing them and calling them during the UERM drop, to no avail. I received absolutely no customer service when we were all in the dark, so his response is completely normal for me.

WinstonnI emailed uehelp@ultimateears.com like their website says to email if there's fit issues. I don't get it...is their entire staff on vacation or have they just gone to crap as a company recently?

AnonymousMassThats very strange to me, cause i have had great support from them, i just asked them the other day, how the refitting process worked cause i live in Canada and cant just drive down there. And they replied very quickly explaining. And last week i emailed them about the ridiculous shipping charges to Canada. A $40 replacement cable costs $70 to ship to Canada? (WTF??). And they gave me a discount code to use . So i have no complaints about their customer service. Very strange that you guys are having issues with them .
