High-Quality Ear Pads for Many Headphone Models
This lineup from Yaxi features ear pads for a variety of headphone models, many of which are available for the first time on Massdrop. For the Sennheiser HD25 and similar models, you’ll have your choice of three types: one made of high-grade protein leather (called Type B), one made of premium Alcantara from Italy (called Comfort), and one made of leather. Then there are the ST Pad and ST Pad2, which fit the Audio-Technica M50X, Sony MDR7506, and other popular models. The ST Pad uses slow-rebound memory foam that minimizes sound leakage and reduces pressure for long hours of comfortable wear. The ST Pad2 uses antibacterial protein leather, ideal for studios, along with a hybrid inner material (half protein leather and half Alcantara) for a more speaker-like sound. Finally, the AKG K240/K271 pad features a slow-rebound sponge and aims to stay close to the ear to better reduce sound leakage.
