64 Audio’s new tia Fourté IEM is aptly named. From class-leading audio performance to ergonomic comfort, everything is its forte. In 64 Audio’s own words, the “tia Fourté takes full advantage of everything we've learned up to this point in designing world-class in-ear monitors.” Front and center is the brand’s lauded three-part tia system, which consists of three open balanced-armature tia drivers, the tia single-bore design, and tia acoustic chambers in each earphone. These components come together in an integrated four-way passive crossover design to “achieve [a] near perfect balance of detail, clarity, and transparency” in a sound profile that can only be described as “intoxicating,” according to third_eye’s 5-star review on Head-Fi. On the ergonomic shell, pneumatically interactive apex vents optimize isolation and alleviate listener fatigue. Completing the tia Fourté, copper faceplates add both durability and elegance.
