We're short on them because 70 were double-shipped to other customers. We're in the process of getting those back, and when they arrive, we'll send out your shipment and expedite it to USPS.

MarkWhy can't you do the same with people that got the UPS Surepost option? I thought Will said you guys were trying to upgrade those people to a faster shipping method so it'll arrive before Christmas.
zondafYou should have gotten an email stating they are giving you a $25 refund since it was shipped with that slow service. Sure Post was due to deliver mine next Wednesday but I paid $3.50 on UPS My Choice website and upgraded to Ground. Gets them here one day sooner.
