How are these for fps gaming? I'm considering this, the ATH-AD700X or the HD-598.

gameaholicI haven't used these so I can't say for sure, but based on reviews I've found, they have a large sound stage, which is what you want for FPS gaming to locate things spatially. I wish there was a graph or technique for gauging the soundstage of headphones. Anyway, I am actually getting these because of the reviews and because they are said to have a nice soundstage.

gameaholicGave these a test on Battlefield 4 last night. They worked great for finding people or for hearing people trying to find you. Explosions sounded good, and footsteps were really clear.
