Unfortunately we had some miscommunication with the Drop team over the busy holiday season (folks in various departments were out of the office) that prevented us from being able to start production on this until we heard from them. About the time you all were posting these comments we were furiously trying to catch up as Drop had gotten us the information we needed - your items were all shipped as of Friday the 17th so I imagine you all have them now. Thanks for your flexibility - this just happened to be a perfect storm of the right people being out for holiday vacations at the wrong times, and a drop that had substantial customization involved which required us to coordinate closely at multiple steps of the process. In the future we'll do a better job of providing advanced notice about this sort of thing, but it was our first time experiencing it ourselves, so we weren't sure when to expect to hear back with info we needed. Here's hoping your wraps were well worth the wait!
