Named for Tony “The Ant” Spilotro, an enforcer for the Chicago Outfit back in the ‘70s and ‘80s, this wallet is every bit as tough. It’s made by one Windy City company, Ashland Leather, using materials from another. The shell cordovan comes from the famous Horween tannery, and is sought after for its unmatched durability and unique hand-finished color treatment. The reverse side has a randomized look with dye marks and the coveted Horween ink stamp. It wears in beautifully and won’t scratch where it meets the raised parts of your credit cards. Complete with four large card holders and a bill slot, this wallet is ideally suited for your back pocket but also works well in the front.
Note: This drop’s base price is for black or color #8 shell cordovan, both available with regular and reverse interiors. For an additional $25, you can opt for amaretto, amaretto with a reverse interior, or garnet.
