So, just to be clear, it says "+ FREE shipping to [USA]" for me and nothing else.
Does this mean it's USA only?

DoctorXFor me it says "+ $22.11 shipping to [Sweden]" meaning either that they changed it since you posted or that it ships to some countries other than the US including Sweden but excluding your country. I seem to recall it showing the shipping rate for US when Sweden wasn't available, but that other countries were available at checkout in a drop-down menu. You can try Join or Commit without completing the form, to see options.

dag.odenhallI did that, and there's a long list of countries in the dropdown, but it doesn't list Canada - so that was why it was showing USA.
I would have preferred that it says "Sorry it's not available [Canada]" instead of showing USA as the shipping option.
Too bad, but since I prefer the HRT Microstreamer it's not a big loss.
I just hope they bring back the HRT soon.
