I own the A2+, HD3s and the HDP6s. These should be the best value of my purchases. They should be essentially bigger and better HD3s. I keep almost buying the HD4s on the audioengine website because they have been on sale for a long time. This beats their sale by $40. I would not call audioengine speakers audiophile products but will say that they offer a massive value for your money.

I have a pair of these, love them. Have my PC, turntable, and phone (Bluetooth) connected. They sound great. I live in a 2nd floor apartment so I don’t connect them to a sub, but the bass in them shakes the floor from the desk so I’ve got no complaints. Still need to turn the bass EQ down depending on the time of day.

I have these and have them paired with a Klipsch 10" subwoofer for my desk and they are the BEST near field monitors. Absolutely recommend them!
