I currently listen to music through a Fiio M11 with HiFi Man HE 400s balanced. Is there any advantage to me getting an external DAC/Amp? Would I hear any improvement in sound?

CEE_TEEThanks. I am in touch with them. They said, there was error in the description and are offering for partial refund. However, I would really like to have the S6, as without the DAC the system is incomplete.

Definitely tempted to at least try this out, although I've never been as much of an amp head as a headphone guy, and I feel like I've collected a few too many other audio toys from Drop recently for my wallet to be totally gung-ho, hehe... Assuming I decide to take the plunge but later change my mind, anyone have any thoughts on the resellability of this Aune S6 vs. the Aune S6 Pro? They have pretty comparable MSRP although I definitely see more listings for the Pro than the base on eBay.

I got one of these on open box special for 325 USD shipped. Seem to be brand new still had the plastic on the RCA. The day after it came in the drop for the Smsl SU-8 stack opened. I figure I'll keep S6 as it has a premium build nice robust sound and every feature I would need besides maybe a remote. I have it paired to the thx 789 aaa in balance config. But finding myself wanting an amp and dac more aesthetically similar to one another. Maybe 1 for the Desktop and 1 for the ent. cent. We'll see what drops.
