Warranty - what’s interesting is that they say here that it’s 2 years of warranty but all B&O materials says 3 years - anyone know?

So, when I purchased the B&I Level, I had no clue that they do not play well with a Mesh router. This has largely made WiFi useless for me, and instead I relegated to Bluetooth. Will the Beosound have similar issues?

My product arrived with the power cable missing. In fact, the original box was cut to extract the power cord without opening the box. I imagine I'll be able to find a generic replacement cord (as B&O doesn't stock them), but this is a BS tactic by Drop.com to not only remove the cord, but damage the original box/packaging in the process.
Looks like most of the missing power chord complaints are because the power chord''s location is externally accessible in the cut out on the box. This is a huge packaging flaw on B&O. The outer packaging and inter packaging both have this cutout which can be easily broken without any effort. So I assume during shipping, if the box cutout breaks open, power chord will be lost which I believe is the possible reason for the missing item.

drop_user_audiophileHi. Yes, this could be. Nevertheless I then don't understand why Drop support confirmed with their vendor, after I have complained, that the product doesn't come with any power chord. This makes absolutely no sense. What's the purpose of selling a product you can't turn on? At the end, this is not a big issue because the cable is standard and easy to find and the product and its selling price remain great.
