If you’re an officially registered basshead, seek no further and get down with the Beyerdynamic DTX 101 iE Earphones, a high fidelity option that is bound to exceed your musical expectations Read More
Can't say I'm too impressed with the durability of these earphones. Got them here back in February and they're already broken in less than three months. The adhesive has worn off from one of the backs. I'm pretty disappointed because I take very good care of my earbuds. My last pair, Senheiser CX 3400 II's, lasted me a good 6 years.
If you're looking for decent budget earphones, I'd recommend backing another drop.

I have a question for Massdrop : what is your shipping-charge standard to international clients? eg. shipping for Beyerdynamic DTX 101 iE is outrageous $14, while Etymotic hf5's shipping-fee is reasonable $7.25-
how are these different from the DTX 102 iE earphones?
I mean, 12 ohm (101 iE) vs. 23 ohm (102 iE) impedance... how much of an impact would that have anyway? I'm just wondering 'cause I missed the red option for the 102s.
KyrosAnswer from Beyerdynamic :
The differences between the MMX 101 iE and MMX 102 iE were improvements made on the cable and housing.
Cable: Thicker and Robust with less cable noise. Improved Frequency response.
Housing: More Durable and Robust.
