Build quality is fantasic, fit is decent, has very good bass response and decent details.
Not for those looking for fantastic balance or mid forward sound but those who like a V shaped sound signature will love it.
The nozzles are good, decent impact on sound.
The DMG are really fun, especially since you can tune it using the included filters. However, to my ears the DMG were a bit too bright. I tried taming them with various cables and Comply TSX, but even those awesome foam tips couldn't help. If you're not treble sensitive, the DMG can be a nice addition to your collection.
Nicely built IEMs, kind of heavy and took a bunch of experimentation to make the comfortable.
Great sound, I especially enjoy the more open grille options.
These were my first pair of IEM's, and I truly loved them. They were comfortable, well built and the sound was good, at least according to my ears. Unfortunately, I managed to lose them like an idiot, but i'll always have a special appreciation for this one.
Ordered these about 6 months ago with a large drop order (well, large for me anyway) and listened to the other headphones first. I don't have too much hybrid earphone experience. However,
These earphones deliver the BA shimmer up top and dynamic bass down low. I feel this has always been the promise of the hybrid iem and BGVP seems to get it right. Good stereo imaging and instrument separation- netflix is fun when the sound effects are directional.
Still need to tip roll to get long term comfort. Have not used with an amp yet.
Going from regular earbuds to this was quite the jump. The detailing and separation between instruments is leagues ahead of any regular earbud, the bass response is wonderful also. When compared to other iems, it still comes out on top with its great separation and good bass response. The build quality is great and is still going strong after almost 2 years. The cable was a bit stiff and heavy, but that was easily replaced. Would easily recommend.
