pretty good teapot. easy to clean and since it's glass it's easy to see if you've missed any spots while cleaning it. much more efficient in terms of both time and leaf savings compared to brewing a cup at a time in a basket which is how i used to do it. my only criticism is that the plunger is very stick-slippy and does not easily center itself, so if you're not careful and the plunger isn't straight when you depress it, it could hang up and then depress very quickly all at once, shooting boiling tea out of the spout and all over your counter.
that only happened once though.
