I don't get these glasses frames drops. To me, they seem even more likely to NOT work out then clothes. Unless you have actually tried on the same frames and like how they look, spending $$$ on frames that hopefully will look good on you -- with no return policy? That's a major crap shoot IMO. What am I missing?

I like the frames. Not a bad price for Italian acetate frames with 5 barrel hinges. But the front of the frames and the arms seem to be at an acute angle. On anyone who has cheekbones these will be uncomfortable.

I agree they're at an angle, but what you need to do is draw a line from the bottom of the arm where it attaches to the lens frame and the bottom of the arm where it hangs on your ear. These are the only two points which matter because they determine the angle/orientation of the frames. It's sort of the same for all specs and it just looks deceitfully aggressive on the descent in this model as opposed to regular glasses.
Personally, I'll not get these solely because I don't like spectacles with large arms. I just need plain glasses with small flairs/details that look better than the average.
