This was a terrible drop. The hangers feel really cheap. The grommet on the tie roll has jagged edges that will snag silk ties. If I could return this I would in a heartbeat. Very disappointing.

Fwiw, I purchased these from amazon at the last drop. These aren't really up to the task. Unless you have the thinnest light weight ties (think paper thin), loading these full will be too heavy and cause the weight of the ties to open the x. Also, loading these up lends to a VERY large swath of ties... Takes up way more closet space than you'd think.

dasmanThe link provided by Arcendus above states that the product has been updated to solve the problem you have mentioned. Whether or not it works is for someone else to discover but based on the photos, this drop is for the previous generation.

Amazon has the three pack today for $14.99 with free shipping and limited supply. Searching for "ClosetMate" comes up "ClosetMaid" but you can then click on "ClosetMate to find the item.

I have this at home I Use it for belts as well as ties. Its an amazing price I bought a single piece for this price
