I received my socks in the mail today, but they weren't the size I ordered. Does anyone else have this issue?

wwenI also had this issue. Contact customer support. They'll ask for pictures of the socks, packaging, and packing slip. They gave me a couple of options for refunding/exchanging, and it only took about a day for everything to be resolved.
